Context
Home is a photographic, video and sound installation that works on the regeneration of urban spaces through the comparison between the small and the large. Born in Pordenone on the occasion of the Fab Social Enterprise Incubator, Home finds strong consonances with the idea of ​​social innovation and widespread creativity, with a broad vision in terms of community involvement. The results of the project are presented in an exhibition at Palazzo Badini and in the spaces of the former Convent of San Francesco in Pordenone.

Intervention

The installations of gigantic polystyrene eggs and micro installations with tiny statuettes of astronauts next to real eggs are set in the city of Pordenone.

Playing with the encounter between different physical dimensions, Home offers an alternative look at spaces that we usually pass through without paying particular attention. Combining photographic images, video installations, specific sound systems and the creation of symbolic objects connected to the territory and the meaning that we want to give to the operation, Home allows the community to reflect collectively on the meaning of living in a place, reinterpreting it, giving it new meanings .

Side notes 

We began an important collaboration in the field of social cooperation, creating over the years an exchange network with large entities such as Cooperativa Itaca of Pordenone, Cooperativa Labirinto of Pesaro, Cooperativa Idealservice of Udine.
